Just Another Scrapping Weekend.

I sure am enjoying all my time that I have to scrap. It gives me time to relax and reflect on life.

I found out this weekend that I was accepted by Amanda Dykan (Purple Paper Flowers) to be on her CT. I am so excited. I have some other news...but can't say it yet as it hasn't been announced.

I have been busy this weekend and I will start with the layout that I did using one of Amanda Dykan's kits called February Song.

The last two pages that I did this weekend were for my CT position with Triplett Designs and to play in several of the challenges that were posted at K-JOI for the month of March. I used one of her newest kits, Decades Ago, to do both layouts.

Layouts That I Completed This Past Weekend

Good Morning all!! Thought I would go ahead and post the layouts that I worked on this past weekend. Hope you enjoy viewing them. As usual the credits will be contained in links under each layout.

Before we get to the layouts though, I want to tell everyone about a crop that will be starting this weekend at The Shaker Box. This is a weeklong crop that begins on March 28 and goes through April 4. You can find out more about the crop here. Come on over and check it out and have fun with all of us!

I Have News!!!!

I am excited to announce that I have been accepted on not one, but two creative teams. I will now be working with designs by Rachel Patton of The Paper Tag and Tabitha Triplett of Triplett Designs.

These are two awesome designers and I and I am so excited to be working with both of them.

By the end of this week, I will be posting some layouts done with the first kits received from these ladies! The kits are FABULOUS!!!

Making Memories For You - Grand Opening Crop

Grand Opening Cyber Crop



Making Memories For You is having their Grand Opening Crop starting March 14 and running until March 16 at 6.p.m. Everybody come on over and join in the fun and prizes! I have taken the post below directly from Frankie's thread on the site.

Begins Friday, March 14th at 10 am EDT and runs through Sunday, March 16th at 6PM. Members will have until midnight EDT on March 16th to upload projects.

Point system: Members can earn points which will be taken into consideration for the determining the winner of the Cyber Crop Grand Prize. Members can keep track of points in their siggies:
• Challenges – Each person who completed a challenge and uploads in the gallery and posts to the challenge thread by designated deadline will earn 5 points.
• Planned Games – Each person who participates in a game will earn 2 points for that game.
• Bonus Games – Each person who participates in a bonus game will earn 1 point for that game.

I Was Busy Yesterday!!

I had a lot on my plate yesterday. I had my normal stuff to do...you know the laundry, cleaning, etc. But, I also had an on-line crop to attend at 4 Scrappy Sisters....which BTW is going on this entire week(March 8-14). You could still come play. There are New challenges posted everyday. Just sign up, introduce yourself and tell them Dee sent you! Here are just 2 of the challenges I completed for the crop yesterday.

Now, I told you I was busy. I had also signed up to do the Purple Paper Flowers Scrap-Off contest. That is one intense contest with challenges being posted every few hours. You have to stay on your toes to keep up. Well, I made through round 3 and then got booted. But, it was fun and that IS what scrapping is all about for me!
